Dear Guest, Thank you very much for choosing us and for sharing this review. Yes we are not the best option if you have walking difficulties, but we do have a lot of elderly guests that walk the hill up and down several times per day, that depends on how fit you are. We do also have some guests that use mobility scooter or wheel chair, but of course there are better options for disabled than our establishment. I am sorry if there were problems with the hot food on the breakfast during your stay. A week ago we received a completely new buffet, so that problem is now solved. Had great view of the sea and found the service great had a bottle of champagne delivered to door on friends birthday which was a nice surprise nice pool and area too.

Lovely Hotel.

I’ve been going to Palmanova for 14 years and this was my first time at the Vistasol. Very surprised at how much I really enjoyed my stay, room was well equipped and comfy, with a stunning view of the sea from our room. Both check in and out was quick easy and simple. I’m already looking to book my next stay. Thank you to the lovely staff at the Vistasol.

J'ai fai pourtant pas mal d'hotel à Palmanova,mais c'est de loin le plus mauvais,par où commencé....hôtel bruyant,mal insonorisé,aucun respect,mobilier vieux,les portes n'ont plus de gonds et j'en passe.Salle à mangé inexistante au bar de la piscine,le buffet en plein soleil,et les plats proposés sont uniquement basés pour les jeunes,pas de choix.Le personnel pas sympa et vite débordé.Idem à la réception.HOTEL (ADO ONLY)

The pool was empty and out of use, that wasnt nice. There was a spa/pool indoors but nobody told us bout that, it didnt read in the hotel reservation or anywhere. So we didnt get to use it cause we just found out in the last day.

Es lag für meine Zwecke sehr zentral und gut gelegen. Preis/Leistung war absolut in ordnung. Einzig bei meinem Hund war sich das Personal uneinig....einmal durfte er alles beim nächsten Concierge durfte er dies und jenes nicht.einigkeit und einheitlichkeit wäre von Vorteil.
