Check in was slow with not enough staff. The App needs to be updated with more interactive i formation. Such as where the gym is, times of certain facilities and events times for evening. Lifts not labeled appropriately to show floors. Positives, clean and updated property. Staff friendly, good location, wifi very good around site, rooms had all modern facilities. Drinks prices reasonable for location comparing with other similar level bars and restaurants in the area. Geeat views from rooftop.

Lovely hotel, clean, modern and very friendly staff. Majority of in-house dining options required a reservation, but some very nice restaurants within a short walk of the hotel.

+Stunning hotel. +Great idea to have the kids pool and adult only pool separated a fair distance. +kids club looked after the little one well +the breakfast and dinner dinner offered a great selection

Excellent ambience Fabulous entertainment.Super clean lovely rooms staff really helpful and friendly.Didnt like the area nothing to do at night only eat.Beach was dirty with dog excrement.
